Where is this app?

I have DL The Baking Sheet to my iPad and my iPhone - and it shows in iTunes that it has been DL. But I dont have an icon for it! If I open the iTunes app on my device, it is there under Purchased and can be opened there, but that is the only place. Help!

Useful and easy to use

I love that it offers both the original view of the pages as well as a mobile friendly version. App shows up under the newsstand, which was unexpected.

So disappointed

Looks like a great app and was very excited about it. However, I am going on my fourth attempt at getting help resolving set-up/ access problems. Customer service is incredibly nice and takes all of your information but whoever is responsible for actually dealing with and resolving the problems has serious follow through issues

I just love this company, great product, wonderful customer service and great recipes. when I seen that this was now available on the mobile market I was beyond excited. I ordered off their website and then downloaded the app in iTunes, signed in and there was my issue along with every issue they ever made available to me what a great bonus. I have not had one single problem. It just makes me loves King Arthur Flour Even More!

Jane in KC - This will show up in the Newsstand on your iPad. Its alright. Needs to have more recipes per issue but what they did have looked good.

Too many issues

I down loaded and subscribed, it works on my phone but not on my iPad, customer service cant help, I have requested a refund from iTunes but so far have had no response on that either.

Great Company/ Disfuntional App

Doesnt work

I download this app last week,but could not log on. After a week going back and forth with King Arthur support ,I finally was able to log in. Then I found all I could do was preview issues,not having full access to the back issues as I am suppose too have.King Arthur employees were were helpful, but there are some tech issues here and they need outside help.

Too many technical issues

I am a current mail subscriber and wanted to get the electronic version. I downloaded the app and I was able to find it in Newsstand on my iPhone rather than it actually appearing as a standalone app. My issue is that when I try logging in, I get a response that they do not have my email address on file. I have placed two calls to KA and they have confirmed the email address and I have even received emails confirming an order that was placed by them to try resolving the issue. They told me that it would take 24-48 hours and one week later I am still having issues. I think they may have launched this prematurely and should have worked out these kinks before doing so.

Worth the trouble

A few bumps in the road to work through before I got access to the issues, but worth it. Customer service was friendly and persistent. Had biscuits to go with strawberries and cream tonight!

Not pleased so far

Purchased digital subscription from King Arthur. Loaded app from Ipad App Store. The newest issue shows up, but did not auto download as it was supposed to. I cannot sign in, and clicking on the icon generates a request to purchase. Seems like a disconnect between KA and App Store. Have sent service request to KA, but based on other comments, am not very encouraged this will get resolved easily. Glad I purchased print version too! Will get refund for digital version if cant use it.

A great start

Live, love this app! The searchable index and access to all back issues is fantastic. Im having so much fun with it. However, I too am having an issue with my iPad app disconnected from my subscription. New issues dont become available, although back issues are there. Ill update the review to five stars when I get a good resolution. My IPhone app works just fine.

Should have kept this app in the oven longer

Love the idea of the baking sheet app. Hate the app itself. Cant log in again. Customer service was helpful when i had first round of problems. Non-existent now.

I can get the current issue and the index. All the other dozens of newsletters going back to the early 90s, which I am supposed to have access to, only allow me to preview them, or want me to buy them for $3.99 each. The sign-in system is a ridiculous failure. I cant even get a refund. Three emails to customer service did nothing. King Arthur farmed out their customer service to the company that makes this crappy software. Shame on King Arthur for this terrible experience.

Will not load on my iPhone

App show up in my iTunes list. Even shows up as downloaded. is nowhere to be found on my phone. Wish I had not paid extra for the digital.

Issues disappear

I download each issue I’ve subscribed to, but they disappear from my iPad. Very annoying.

Impossible to access

The app is not usable ... since the March update, the app has been difficult and now impossible to use. Both restoring purchases and deleting/reinstalling have been done several times to no avail. Restore purchases has not yielded previous issues purchased through the Apple account, and a recent auto-renewal is not being recognized. Hopefully reviews are read and the matter will be addressed ... It is a poor reflection on KAB, which is a fine company.

great magazine, variety of recipes, and tips

If you love baking bread, and other sweet delights -- this is for you! I love this e-magazine, and I definitely will resubscribe. You get to pick older issues at a reasonable rate and enjoy just the type of recipes that suit you. You can preview before buying which is great too. You know what you are getting before you purchase. Easy to navigate too..

Glitches and problems, cannot update or get new issues

Love the baking sheet and that it all its issues are available for the iPad, but the ap has major problems. Cannot get new issues, cannot subscribe.
